Our application period for the September 2013 intake is now closed.

Applicants who submitted applications, including all supporting documentation, by the end of our late application period (March 31) will be considered after all of the applications submitted by the priority deadline of January 15, 2013 have been reviewed.

Detailed information regarding the submission period for the 2014 intake will be posted in June.

Application evaluations from mid-January to May 2013.

• Check your application status on the Student Service Centre (SSC).

Admission offers issued via email starting February 2013.

• Most offers are issued in late March to April 2013. Ensure your email address is updated in the Student Service Centre.

Send final, official transcripts for courses in progress January to April 2013 (including grades and degree conferral) to the TEO by May 31, 2013:

Registration confirmation in summer courses must be provided by May 31, 2013 (earlier if possible as we will be sending the bulk of offers in April).).

Not all institutions provide proofs of registration in the same manner—please check into this as soon as possible.

Send proof of course completion by August 31, 2013.

Accepted proofs of registration include:

• an email from the institution, direct from registrar’s office or originating from registrar’s office and forwarded from student
• confirmation of enrolment produced from the institution’s Student Information system and emailed to us as a PDF file
• an official transcript showing summer courses in progress.

Results of French Language Appraisal (FLA) or DELF/DALF (FLA or DELF/DALF required for French specialization applicants) and English language proficiency tests are due no later than August 31, 2013.

For the English language proficiency test we require IELTS or TOEFL. No other test will be accepted.
